How much more will you pay? Although school district quality does affect the price of the house it can be hard to find the exact value because it can be difficult to measure such a non concrete idea. You may have one idea of how much a house located within a certain school district is worth but someone else may counter with their idea of the value of that same home. For example homes are frequently sold for more than their listed price because someone out there has to have that home in that exact location right now.
